DeviceHub currently operates exclusively within India. We deliver to most locations across the country, ensuring that your products reach you no matter where we are.

Shipping Partners

We’ve partnered with some of the most reliable third-party courier services to handle the delivery of your orders, including Xpressbees, Shiprocket, and Ecom Express etc. These partners help us ensure that your products are delivered to you safely and on time.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Shipping charges may vary based on the product, location, and chosen shipping method. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on select products and orders above a certain value. This will be mentioned on the product page or during checkout.

Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping Time: Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location.
  • Tracking: After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp at every stage of your order processing. You can use this number to track your shipment on our courier partner’s website.

Order Tracking

You can track the status of your order using the tracking ID provided by the courier partner. Simply visit the courier’s website and enter your tracking ID to get real-time updates.

Failed Delivery Attempts

In case of a failed delivery attempt, our courier partner will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your package. If the package is undelivered after these attempts, it will be returned to us. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the provided address during the expected delivery window.

Change of Delivery Address

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes may not be possible once the order is processed or shipped.
