Refund & Cancellation Policy

At DeviceHub, we strive to provide high-quality products and services to our customers. We understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel an order or request a refund. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations.

1. Order Cancellation

a. Cancellation by Customer

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped by contacting our customer service team at +(91) 9434626622. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may, however, initiate a return once you receive the product. Please refer to our return policy below.

b. Cancellation by DeviceHub

DeviceHub reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability.
  • Errors in pricing or product descriptions.
  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
  • Payment issues.

If we cancel your order, we will notify you via email or phone and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 48 hours.

2. Return Policy

a. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most products within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

b. How to Initiate a Return

c. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

d. Inspection and Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 2 -4 days.

e. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 4 days, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@devicehub.in

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item please exchange within 2 days, contact our customer service team at +(91) 9434626622 and drop a message with a picture and reason for to exchange reset so we to arrange the exchange.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
